Life is Beautiful review

What I liked about this movie is that it really gave a new perspective on how the more time that progresses the more you see the Germans taking over. The messsage portrayed isn’t just in the storyline but also the background. You really have to pay attention to your surrounding and it gives it more story. The movie made everything come to life, everything seemed to be exactly how it felt. It really felt like I was there and watching it made me scared of the Nazis. The cloths and setting where amazing and the acting was jut phenomenal. The story was amazing as well. At first it was a comedic approach to romance, then it turned dark as the nazis took over and they lost everything just in one day. If your still skeptical this movie won an Oscar and another one for one of its actors. I totally recommend this movie to anyone intrested in the holocaust or just to watch it. There is one downside, it is in Italian, don’t worry because the movie has easy to read subtitles that lets you understand everything that’s going on.

13 Reasons Why

13 reasons why is an amazing book that touches on a difficult topic. This young adult fiction book was written by Jay Asher and everyone should read it.

This book is about a boy name Clay Jensen, he receives something in the mail full of cassette tapes. He finds a player and to his surprise it’s Hannah Baker’s voice talking. Hannah Baker commmited suicide a couple weeks ago and him receiving it was unsettling. The tapes were numbered 1-13 and it goes through 13 reasons why she decided to end her life. My favorite part is when Clay finds the tapes because it really is kinda creepy getting recordings from someone who killed themself.

Clay is pretty deluded because everything he was accused of wrong in his perspective. He denied what he did and that he doesn’t deserve to by on the “list” He stated, I didn’t do anything to deserve these tapes, I didn’t go near her, how can I possibly be partially responsible for her suicide. He really doesn’t like being accused and he found a way to disprove it.

I personally like the book because you always have to guess what the next reason is. Even though I don’t necessarily relate to this, it’s always nice to see something around this situation and even help prevent this type of thing. I don’t really recommend this book to people who are sensitive about this topic, but if you aren’t this book will really change your view. This book has a great lesson in it and that you should never bully someone because their different and don’t bully in general. Many people loose their lives like this. Just imagine it was you getting bullied before you do it.

Steve Jobs

My book is called Steve Jobs The Man Who Thought Differently by Karen Blumenthal. This biography goes through every detail about his career and late childhood. Giving the reader a whole new perspective on him.

This book is a great biography about someone who change and revolutionized technology today. Steve Jobs is without a dought the best technician ever. The book runs through him as a child and who his parents were to him in is garage creating the best product known to man and finally death. This will truly make you look at him like you never did before, and maybe learn a thing or two by reading this book. My favorite part of the book is when he discovers what his company name is going to be. It gives a small window on how big the company will turn out to be.

Steve is a very hard person to work with, but that why he ended up being so successful. He wasn’t as determined as a kid but more sensitive when it came to being adopted into a family. He soon realized his really parents aren’t bad people. That’s what encouraged him to keep going because he knew his family was doing the best for him.

I like this book a lot and it really gives me more value to the technology I have. It’s nice to know what one of the most successful business man started at and what he needed to do to have such a big company that changed the world. I definently suggest this book to anyone who is wanting to be an entrepreneur. The theme is that anyone can create something revolutionary and you shouldn’t let anything get in your way. You have to stay strong and keep doing what you love and don’t ever give up. That’s how Steve did it.

The Boy In The Striped Pajamas

The book is called, The Boy In The Striped Pajamas written by John Boyne. This amazing Historical fiction story will make you go through grief and happiness. Bruno and his family lived in a huge house in Berlin. It’s 1943 and its World War II. But then his parents initiated moving day. Bruno wakes up one morning with his stuff being packed and in a blink of an eye was now living in a new house. While over there he wanders in the woods and met a boy. Him and his new friend have adventures but is unaware what is really happening. My favorite part in the book is at the end so I can’t say without spoiling it.

Bruno doesn’t like things changing and wants everything to go back to normal. He is ignorant about what is happening around him until he meets someone like the Boy. You know he wasn’t aware because all he was doing was complaining about his new house when there are Jews that don’t even have their own room. They are forced into concentration camp.

I liked the book because it talks about the holocaust and how the Jews had to live in concentration camps. I recommend this to a friend because it has excellent storyline and it interest people who want to learn about the Holocaust. The theme is about friendship and despite being from different backgrounds, Bruno and the Boy became best friends.

Confection Perfection

The perfect gummy worm will by a sour one for sure. It will be 10 feet long and a sour coating all around it. I also want the sour infused into the gummy itself. I can take so much sour I eat lemons by itself as a snack. When its it a gummy worm however my mouth would just water every time I look at it. Being near it will give me the temptation of biting into that chewy worm. Savoring with every taste bud I have. The sour overflowing in my mouth as I pucker only a little bit, but enough for me to call it sour. I will keep chewing it until it dissolves into my mouth and runs down my throat. Suprisingly there is a gummy worm that’s isn’t ten feet long but only 2 feet. Either way it has sour all over that bad boy and inside the gummy. That not only will be the most perfect gummy worm, but the perfect present.

How I Almost Broke My Collar Bone

I almost broke my collar bone yesterday. Here’s the story, I was playing basketball for recess like always. But when I was running I was tripped! My initial reaction was to slide on my back since I get tripped very often since its very crowded. So when I went to turn my body I hit the ground and landed right on my collar bone. I heard and felt like 30 cracks and immediately went to check and see if its broken. It was very painful but it didn’t feel broken. After recess I went to the nurse still in pain, she said it wasn’t broken but that I strained the muscle on my neck and shoulder. I survived another fall but in pain.
